Rosa Ruiz de la Torre is a PCC ICF Accredited Coach.
She has worked for 25+ years in international and highly demanding corporate
environments, both in management consulting and industry, with vast experience
leading large scale complex programs and transformations.
She has more than a decade experience being a leader of others and leader of
leaders. Her leadership signature has always been listening and caring for others.
Today, she works in Maersk as the Global Coaching, Mentoring and Sponsorship solutions owner, helping other leaders and talent thrive.
Her vision is to help as many leaders as possible to create a positive and
sustainable impact with ripple effects on their teams, society and the world.
She takes great pride in the progress and success of her coachees and enjoys a lot
helping both leaders that begin their journey in leadership as well as more
established leaders that strive to make a change and a more positive impact in the
world around them.
Having lived in 6 countries, she speaks fluently English, Spanish and French and has a conversational level in Italian and Danish, with notions of Portuguese.
