Hi, I’m Chiara. I’m originally from Germany but have been working in Denmark for the past six years. My coaching journey began about three years ago, during a time when I was feeling unmotivated, constantly questioning things, and searching for a deeper sense of purpose in my professional life. Up until then, I had followed a pretty "picture-perfect" career path in professional services but I was mostly driven by external rewards rather than internal motivation.
When the opportunity to become a certified coach came up, something changed. I finally found a space where I could be myself, truly connect with others, and ask myself the questions I had avoided for a long time.
Through my coaching practice, I want to offer others the same space: to explore who they are, reconnect with what motivates them, and walk away feeling more energized and clear about where they are headed.
